"Upon arrival, we were greeted at our car doors with waters and helped and escorted to check in. The front desk staff were so attentive and sweet, it felt like we were talking with friends. There was a nightly turndown service with macarons, ice, water, and handwritten notes left on the bed and we loved the bedside sleep kits with the lavender spray, sleep masks, and ear plugs."
